Security is of course a major consideration for the elderly.  At Tweed View House we are able to state that every care is taken to provide the highest levels of security.  Our security facilities are as follows:

• Colour TV camera at the main entrance, linked to two monitors
• All entrance doors linked to an alarm system
• Watchful staff members
• Each resident's room has it's own personal key
• A comprehensive nurse call system throughout the home
• Three 'waking' staff members on duty during each night
• Each resident's room has a lockable cupboard
• Windows are 'calibrated' to enable them to be only partially opened
